Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a pot with a lid.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 minutes. Don’t uncover until the very end!
