Spice Mix:

  • 3 T dried rosemary
  • 2 T ground cumin
  • 2 T ground coriander
  • 1 T dried oregano
  • 1/2 T sea salt
  • 2 T cinnamon

Marinade:

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t spice mix

Directions:

For every 1 lb meat, use 2 T of marinade. Marinate for up to 24 hours.
