Oat Banana Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 Tbsp butter (melted, sub coconut oil)
- 2 Tbsp nut butter (PB is best)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (could probably be fine with 1/2 tsp)
- 1.25 cup old fashioned oats (more if needed, we generally need more)
- 0.5 cup chocolate chips (a bit heavy here, so can do less if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF
- Mash the bananas in a bowl, then stir in the butter and nut butter.
- Stir in the cinnamon, then the oats & chocolate chips.
- Place 6 medium-sized cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
