Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp butter (melted, sub coconut oil)
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter (PB is best)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (could probably be fine with 1/2 tsp)
  • 1.25 cup old fashioned oats (more if needed, we generally need more)
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips (a bit heavy here, so can do less if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl, then stir in the butter and nut butter.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, then the oats & chocolate chips.
  4. Place 6 medium-sized cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
